Founder Andrew Dorr began his career as a caregiver in 2006. Over the next 18 years, he worked across every level of the senior living industry, from frontline caregiving to executive leadership, including serving as Vice President of a senior living company and President of a hospice and home healthcare organization. Through that experience, he saw firsthand the challenges facing families and caregivers alike, and sought to create a better system.
